We have Tenant Insurance Plans available online when you rent at our site, or you can use your own insurance. MOST STORAGE SITES REQUIRE YOU TO ALSO TAKE THEIR TENANT INSURANCE, but we don't require it. If you don't take the insurance offered or have a plan of your own, keep in mind that your loss will NOT be covered by us (which is also true at other sites and the reason many other sites require that you also pay for their add on insurance)! WE ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND ENCOURAGE YOU TO USE DISK PADLOCKS (most other sites require that you use disk padlocks) which provide much higher protection! If you take the insurance plan offered, it has a $100 deductible which is waived if you use DISK PADLOCKS.
We have dozens of HD Surveillance cameras installed and recording throughout our well-lit compound with offsite monitoring. We also have professional pest control provided by Etown Exterminating.
We are a neat, clean, and well cared for facility. We do not have an onsite office, but we are frequently on site to check the facility and maintain it almost every day of the year!

This facility is well managed and maintained. The online option to choose a unit is very easy to use and allows you to have access to the unit immediately. The rental agreement is quite clear and fair. The managers are always friendly, easily reached and helpful. They check on the entire facility daily and reach out if they notice any issues.
